We want you to love using Tabletop Companion. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — for any reason.
How to Request a Refund
Our payments and refunds are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using your email address.
- Submit a refund request through Paddle’s self-service portal, or contact Paddle support directly.
- Alternatively, contact our support team and we’ll help coordinate the refund with Paddle.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time through your account settings or via Paddle. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues through the end of your current billing period.
